

Our 60-minute Mat Pilates class is led by a certified Pilates instructor and focuses on building a strong, balanced, and resilient body through controlled, intentional movement. This low-impact class emphasizes core strength, posture, flexibility, and stability, helping you move better both in and out of the gym.
Using primarily bodyweight exercises (with occasional small equipment), you’ll work through a series of targeted movements designed to strengthen deep stabilizing muscles, improve mobility, and support overall functional fitness. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, with options provided to modify or progress movements as needed.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
